IYDC 成都 2025 门票销售条款与细则

1. 购票与票价说明

• 比赛门票按场次售出。

• 第1至第3场次：每张票价为 新币 25 元

• 第4场次（晚会）：每张票价为 新币 30 元（包含 Top 24 独舞表演及晚会演出）

• 各场门票需单独购买，不设套票或组合票。

• 所有门票仅可通过 IYDC 官方网站购买。

2. 自由入座安排

• 所有场次均为自由入座。

• 座位按先到先得原则安排。

• 建议票务持有者尽早到场以选取理想座位。

3. 门票领取方式

• 门票将以手环形式发放，需在比赛场地的报到柜台领取。

• 手环领取将于 2025年5月1日 起开放。

• 领取手环时，需出示线上购票收据及交易编号作为凭证。

4. 入场政策

• 手环为场次专属，仅适用于所购场次使用。

• 入场观看比赛时，须将手环正确佩戴在手腕上。

• 手环不可重复使用于其他场次。

5. 验票规定

• 所有场次入场将进行严格验票。

• 损坏、篡改或移除的手环将不予接受入场。

• 工作人员可能会在入场时对手环进行标记处理，以防止重复使用。

6. 退款与更换政策

• 所有门票售出后不设退换或取消。

• 如有手环遗失或被盗，主办方概不补发。

7. 场次转换与流动管理

• 每场比赛结束后，观众需立即离场，以便下一场次入场与准备。

• 迟到观众是否可入场将由主办方根据实际情况判断，并仅在合适的中场时段允许进场。

8. 行为规范与守则

• 所有观众须遵守工作人员与安保人员的指示。

• 手环不得与他人共享或转让，违者将被立即请离场地且不予退款。

9. 摄影与录像

• 观众参加活动即视为同意主办方在活动中拍照或录影，并用于宣传推广用途。

• 演出期间严禁私自拍摄或录像。

• 参赛选手的官方照片与视频可于赛后通过IYDC 官方网站订购。

10. 免责声明

• 主办单位对观众在场地内的个人物品遗失、被盗或损坏概不负责。

• 主办单位有权拒绝入场或请离不遵守规定或行为不当的观众。

11. 活动变更与取消

• 主办单位保留对活动时间表、票价及条款进行更改的最终权利。

• 若活动取消，主办单位将另行通知退款流程。

Terms and Conditions for IYDC Chengdu Ticket Sales

1. Ticket Purchase and Pricing

• Tickets for the IYDC Chengdu 2025 competition are sold per session.
• Sessions 1 to 3 tickets are priced at SGD 25 each.
• Session 4 (Gala) tickets, which include the Top 24 Solos and Gala performance, are priced at SGD 30 each.
• Tickets for each session must be purchased separately. There is no bundled ticket package.
• All tickets can only be purchased via the IYDC official website.

2. Free Seating Arrangement

• All sessions will have a free seating arrangement.
• Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive early to secure their preferred seats.

3. Ticket Collection

• All tickets will be issued in the form of wristbands and must be collected at the registration counter located at the venue.
• Wristband collection is available starting from 1st May 2025.
• To collect wristbands, ticket holders must present the online purchase receipt and transaction number as proof of purchase.

4. Entry Policy

• Wristbands are session-specific and valid only for the session purchased.
• Ticket holders must wear their wristbands securely on their wrist to gain entry into Sichuan Cultural & Arts Center Theatre for the respective session.
• Wristbands cannot be reused for any other session, including subsequent or earlier sessions.

5. Ticket Verification

• Entry to each session will be strictly controlled. Wristbands will be inspected at the entry point.
• Wristbands that are damaged, tampered with, or removed will not be accepted for entry.
• Upon entry, staff may visibly mark the wristband to prevent reuse for the same session.

6. Refund and Exchange Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted after purchase.
• Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances.

7. Session Transition and Flow Management

• Attendees must vacate the theatre promptly at the end of each session to allow for the next session's preparation and entry.
• Ticket holders arriving late may be admitted at the discretion of the event organisers and only during appropriate breaks.

8. Conduct and Compliance

• All attendees must adhere to the instructions of event staff and security personnel at all times.
• Wristbands must not be shared or transferred to others. Any violations will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

9. Photography and Recordings

• By attending the event, attendees consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
• Personal photography and video recordings are strictly not allowed during performances. Participants’ videos and photos can be ordered and purchased online from the IYDC official website .

10. Liability Disclaimer

• The organisers of IYDC Chengdu are not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged at the venue.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with these terms and conditions or behaves inappropriately.

11. Changes and Cancellations

• The event schedule, pricing, and terms are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organisers. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed of refund procedures.
