** NOVICE SOLO – For first year soloists performing live on stage (mixed genres – participants can enter under any genres in this category and must not have more than one year stage experience)
** GOLDEN LEAGUE SOLO – For solo participants who have achieved a Gold Award for their solo entry in IYDC 2024, please enter under the GOLDEN LEAGUE CATEGORY for that solo genre that has achieved a Gold Award. The GOLDEN LEAGUE CATEGORY is an exclusive category for solo participants with Gold Award achieved in IYDC 2024.
Example 1:
Solo participant A entered for 2 solos in IYDC 2024 achieved the following:
- Gold Award for Ballet in IYDC 2024
- Silver Award for Lyrical / Contemporary in IYDC 2024
Participant A who wishes to enter for the same genres Ballet & Lyrical / Contemporary in IYDC 2025 will enter for Ballet Solo under the GOLDEN LEAGUE CATEGORY and enter for Lyrical / Contemporary Solo under the GENERAL SOLO CATEGORY.
